I have paid my annual premiums upfront for every year that I had his services. When I asked for him to call me to give me further context he never did. I have been a business professional for almost two decades and I cannot imagine denying a customer, PERIOD. Let alone not sharing context of the decisions or allowing a customer to go months thru a pandemic without home owners insurance."

Thought it was very odd! So Ms. Lauren calls me back on her day off because "she felt bad" then decided to quote me almost $500!! Absolutely ridiculous. Good example of how our local insurance companies get down on us."
