I have paid my annual premiums upfront for every year that I had his services. When I asked for him to call me to give me further context he never did. I have been a business professional for almost two decades and I cannot imagine denying a customer, PERIOD. Let alone not sharing context of the decisions or allowing a customer to go months thru a pandemic without home owners insurance."

"I was given a nice quote for 2 vehicles over the phone, on multiple occasions, even set up a date to switch and start. Date came to switch and all of a sudden all my information is gone. Thought it was very odd! So Ms. Lauren calls me back on her day off because "she felt bad" then decided to quote me almost $500!! Absolutely ridiculous. Good example of how our local insurance companies get down on us."
